Currently there is no GUI option to change it but can be changed manually.
Note: height & width need to be same in all the files.
Just change height & width parameter to your desired size.

com_odudecard/views/odudecardshow/view.html.php
search for:
if($greeting['type']=='F')
just below this line change the parameter of height & width.

Search for width=\"535\" height=\"278\" and change 535 & 278 to desired size.
