Free products

All our free/trial products are available for download without any registration on our website. However we do keep track the number of product downloads.

Commercial products

All products must be paid in full prior to delivery.
We have one payment gateways, one is provided by 2CO (2checkout.com). In no event shall ODude Network or any employees be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of 2co.com.
After we have successfully received your payment, you will be sent the extension via email within 24 hours. If you do not receive our email, please contact us with proof of purchase.

Products Support

Support & Feedback

Our support forum is available for you to post and questions, problems or comments on our products. Priority is given to customers who have purchased a commercial product. We only offer support for products in their original non-modified condition.

Return Policy

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the demo and free/trial version where available. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.
If some major bugs,error found we shall refund. Issues created due to javascripts and browsers will not be refunded. Try or test our demo before you purchase. Before we refund your money we will try to solve the problems and therefore we may ask that you provide us with an super administrator account to your Joomla! site, FTP access and access to the MySQL database so that we are able to solve any problems occurring.

Open Source Downloads

You can modify the extensions as you see fit, since everything is released under the GNU/GPL License. Read the GNU/GPL license, even if you have read it before. Do it again. Don't make our lawyers go after you. You can use our extensions on as many sites as you like, but we are not very keen on people distributing our extensions without any innovative modifications. And by modifications we don't mean removing the ODude references from the code.

If you are a developer or would like to use an extension commercially we suggest you become a Pro member. You can achieve this by subscribing to one of the support and upgrade packages for the extension you need. This subscription system helps us organize incoming support requests and speeds up the problem solving time. These funds are also used for upgrades of existing offers as well as further development of good stuff that will make your life
