Why I can't see picture profile ?

Answer
Install ODude Picture Plugin and enable it from Plugin Manager.
This will enable profile with picture.
If user have not uploded picture than it will be replaced with
Copy your own image into images/stories/uploads/user.gif & components/com_odudeprofile/images/user.gif
